cabaret!!

I am working on some cabaret songs with a chamber orchestra! Not finished yet, but hopefully soon! Here's a couple pages:

Baubo the II still for Solo Trombone

I took a sabbatical yesterday, but I've returned with a reworking of my trombone piece.

If you guys are lucking enough, you'll hear the final product on April 5th at the MSM Composition Forum. (Also that reminds me I really have to finish this and engrave it soon)

Month of Music is a yearly month-long challenge where composers come together online to get inspired, share what they're working on, and work out the compositional muscle. The nature of "challenge" is highly individual. Composers are encouraged to take part in this challenge in whatever way best fits their own creative processes and life circumstances.

This year COVID-19 leaves many of us, composers and performers alike, looking for ways to connect and be expressive, so we're introducing performer collaborations.

The ultimate goal of Month of Music is to create a social space to encourage the creation of new music.
